Unity Re has settled a claim for the amount of over 200,000 USD under the property facultative cover received from Mapfre Global Risk, Spain via Malakut broker, Panama.

A loss incurred on 14th April, 2011 when a significant fire damaged a large shopping mall in Zapopan, Mexico.

As usual, Unity Re has remitted the recovery within just several days upon receiving a complete package of settlement documents.
